Listed below are the 2007-2012 Action Plans for each division, department and program at JSCC. These action plans are established through an Environmental Scan and a SWOT Analysis. The information from those meetings is used to establish JSCC "Strategic Areas of Emphasis." Within each action plan you will find, the actions taken, how the action plan is evaluated, expected outcomes and annually evaluate if they have met, not met of partially met the expected outcome. This process is established to ensure James Sprunt Community College is meeting the needs of our community.
